My 3 Favourite Places in San Diego

Léelo en español

Happy Tuesday everyone! How’s your week going? I feel that my week is going slow and I really hope the weekend comes fast! Today, I wanted to talk to you about more places I visited in my trip. This time, the three places I liked the most from San Diego. I was only there for a weekend, but I found very interesting places.

Torrey Pines Hiking Trails

One of the things you really need to do in San Diego is visit the Torrey Pines Hiking Trails. Not only because is a good place to do some exercise, but also because you’ll be able to enjoy the vegetation and the beautiful view from the mountain. It’s also next to the beach, so you can visit to places at once. The trail is easy to follow and it took me around 40 min to finish it.

Nate’s Garden Grill

If you love having brunch as much as me, you are going to love this place. My friend took me there on the weekend and I had one of the best French toasts ever. They have a great variety of dishes and they also offer live music in the patio. Another highlight of this place is that they have a very varied garden, where you can buy everything you need (I wanted to buy so many plants, but I obviously wasn’t able to take them back to Peru). I would totally go to Nate’s again!

Location: 3120 Euclid Ave, San Diego

Last but not least, Chiko mixes Chinese Korean food with traditional American dishes. The ambience is fun and the service is friendly (also, the bathroom walls are covered with totally cute pandas). Although they have a short menu, everything I tried was delicious. I ordered the San Diego spice bag and the and the pork and kimchi popstickers and it was more than enough for me. I think it’s a good place to go with friends and share to try various dishes. I’d definitely go back to try the rest of the menu.

I really loved the decoration of this restaurant.

Location: 101 N Coast Hway 101, Encinitas

I hope you enjoyed my top three and if you have the chance to go to any of these places, let me know what you think. Don’t forget that I’ll publish a new post on Friday and if you want to know more about me, follow me on Instagram because I publish photos every day. ❤
